Housing homeless people

Rosanne Haggerty raised debate within the community about new approaches to housing for homeless people. She assessed South Australia’s current situation and advised on policies and strategies, in order to achieve more efficient and effective housing assistance programs.

Rosanne returned to Adelaide in 2016 on the 10th anniversary of Common Ground Adelaide. She has gone on to launch Community Solutions – helping communities solve the problems that create and sustain homelessness. In her presentation to the 2016 Homelessness Conference, Homelessness is not the problem: Making democracy work in the 21st century,  Rosanne brought a new perspective on the integration of services.
