Street to Home: Outreach continuous improvement review
In late 2019 the Institute of Global Homelessness (IGH) conducted a service review for Adelaide Zero Project (AZP) as part of the Don Dunstan Foundation’s (DDF) Thinkers in Residence program. Dr Nonie Brennan conducted the review and indicated that more work was required to better integrate outreach and other services in the inner city. This report contains a summary of feedback from a cross-section of organisations and, importantly the views of a range of people with a lived experience of the service system in the inner-city. A series of recommendations based on what was found in these consultations is set out in this
report, along with a recommendation for supporting implementation.
