Final Research Report | Adelaide Zero Project | August 2018
A key component in the early stages of the Adelaide Zero Project was the commissioning of a 90-Day Change Project. This was a collaborative process by which issues like measurement, timelines, governance structures and targets were agreed. This Adelaide Zero Project Final Research Report sets out the actions which were decided as a result of the 90-Day Change Project and includes an agreed community plan for achieving Functional Zero homelessness in Adelaide’s inner city by the end of 2020.
