Adelaide Zero Project: Private Rental Action Plan

In early 2020, Neami National commissioned the Institute of Global Homelessness to develop a Private Rental Action Plan for the Adelaide Zero Project. Consultation occurred with a number of providers, government agencies and importantly people with a lived experience of homelessness and the private rental market in the development of this Action Plan. This Action Plan seeks to set out the actions needed to enable greater private rental options to be made available to achieve the goal of Functional Zero rough sleeping in the inner-city.
