Adelaide Zero Project Connections Week Results: 2018
During Connections Week 2018, dedicated workers and volunteers across Adelaide engaged with 143 people sleeping rough in the Adelaide CBD. The aim was to get to know as many people sleeping rough by name, gathering new data to better understand their needs and coordinate resources quickly.
